Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before check-in. Later cancellations are subject to a charge.

Blackout period: 25 December 2026 - 10 January 2027. Special rates are available on request.

Hot air balloon reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Additional activities may be available on request, subject to availability.
